K. Metzler called the meeting to order at 7:34.
Regular Meeting
Extension of W2005-27 96 Spak Road (Map 46 & 52 Lot1A & 29A) A ten year forestry plan was submitted and approved in 2005. The IWWC permit extension is requested to complete the plan. Owner/Applicant: James H. Poole III & Annemarie Poole
James Poole was present. The execution of the plan by date was submitted to the commission. T. Gutowski said back in 2005, the plan was approved as a 10 foot set back and asked if that had been done. Mr. Poole said yes.
Mr. Poole said Silviculture was done and he did a thinning operation to free up the crown. T. Gutowski asked if the plan was followed as stated in 2005. Mr. Poole said no, 2005 was not done until 2006. He said he had to go to Planning and Zoning and was not able to start until 2006. He said he did not do all the cuts because the price of timber was not good. Mr. Poole explained the plans.
T. Gutowski asked if Mr. Poole submitted a revision. Mr. Poole said No, the plan for 2005 went to 2006 and the plans for 2006 & 2007 went to 2008. T. Gutowski asked if he was going to follow the plan for 2010 to 2012 and Mr. Poole said providing the timber market is in place. T. Gutowski made the timing adjustments on the plan.
A discussion was held on the stands. Mr. Poole said 1 stand has not yet been done due to difficult access. Mr. Poole said there are a total of 4 stands.
T. Gutowski motioned to grant the permit extension for another 5 years. K. Metzler seconded the motion and said the plan was executed very well. D. Schreiber said Mr. Poole knows what he is doing. All in favor. Motion carried.
Mr. Poole commented on the Logging/Forestry Regulations. He said he spoke to Tony Guglielmo and had a meeting with the acting DEP head and 4 people from Forestry. He said they are working to either implement the regulations or repeal it.
W2009-25 Application for Lot Split for proposed 3 bedroom house in upland review area at 22 Moose Meadow Rd (Map 21 Lot 7 Zone R80) Owner/Applicant: Earl & Martha Gledhill (Received October 26, 2009 Decision by Dec 14, 2009)
S. Yorgensen said the final plan was approved by Karl Acimovic. K. Metzler asked if all recommendations and conditions have been addressed. S. Yorgensen said the emergency turn around has been added, footnote #13 has been eliminated and the line diversion swale has been revised.
D. Schreiber motioned to approve the plan with the revision date of 2/10/10. M. Drobney seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.

Application was received 3/10/10.

Minutes
T. Gutowski motioned to approve the minutes of 1/11/10. D. Schreiber seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
Staff Report and Discussion
T. Gutowski commented on 3 lots on Mason Rd. She said she believes the commission approved a common drive but they now have put another driveway in. S. Yorgensen said they will look into it.
E. Brand and M. Drobney will attend the Inland Wetland and Watercourse training on March 27th for segment 1 and May 22nd for segment 2.
